To dine at Coral Reef you have to have a dining reservation, valid park entry, and at the time of this writing, you will also need a park pass reservation for that day.  Coral Reef has an amazing atmosphere! We have loved dining here throughout the years for two very different reasons. My husband’s favorite hobby is taking care of our six saltwater tanks (yes, I said six), so he loves that each table at Coral Reef has a view of an enormous coral reef that is home to more than 2,000 sea creatures. I love it because I am an 80’s baby and remember it being the location where Danny proposed to Vicky on Full House. Either way, we love coming here! The atmosphere is themed to match the huge gla...

The San Angel Inn is located in the Mexico Pavilion of the World Showcase at Epcot. The entrance is inside the pyramid directly across from the Gran Fiesta Tour boat ride. The restaurant, which serves both lunch and dinner, has a charming Mexican village vibe to it with a giant pyramid and volcano off in the distance as the backdrop. I really enjoy the ambiance of his restaurant and how it flows with the rest of the pavilion. With regards to seating, the tables are set rather close together which is something to keep in mind if you are the kind of person that doesn’t like bumping the person behind you when moving your chair back. If you can, request a waterside table which gives you a bit more space and offers a great view of the boats traveling on the Gran Fiesta Tour. I always love waving to my fellow D...

2019 Epcot Flower and Garden Festival

Everything is in bloom at the 2019 Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival! With so much to do, how do you narrow it down? After visiting during March this year, we’ve caught the highlights for you! This year’s festival started on March 6 and continues until June 3. There are features all throughout Epcot, and there is still plenty of time to visit this year’s festival. The Flower and Garden Festival might be my favorite of all the festivals at Epcot. Part of it, I must admit, is the nostalgia. Because it always occurs over Spring Break, we have made so many fun memories at Flower and Garden through the years. That being said, it is truly incredible how the World Showcase in particular is transformed to a living garden. There’s so much to learn and see, not to mention all of the delicious sips and bites. First thing’s first - be sure to grab a guide map and festival passport on your way into the park. These will help you to plan your day, and the passport even provides sticke...

On The Road Travel's Guide to the World Showcase

Touring Epcot’s World Showcase can be a bit overwhelming. With 11 countries and so much to see, how do you narrow it down? The agents at On the Road Travel have you covered! Below is a list of our highlights for touring the “world.” If you have younger kids (or even older kids) the Kidcot Fun Stops can be a great activity that takes you around the World Showcase. In each pavilion, there is a Kidcot station where you can interact with cast members, learn about their home country, earn a stamp, and create a personalized souvenir. We definitely recommend giving this a try! Even if you’ve done it before, it recently got a new sponsor (Ziploc), so you’re sure to experience something new! Most people also enjoy eating and drinking around the World Showcase. You can get a plate or two to share with your party and everyone gets to try something new in each country! This is even more fun during Epcot's many festivals. We also recommend doing a photo scavenger hunt throughout. This can be...
