Via Napoli

Updated 6/16/22
For the most up-to-date information about the phased reopening of the Walt Disney World Resort, please visit the  Walt Disney World Know Before You Go Guide.

Discover authentic Italian cooking, including hearty pastas, fresh salads, and pizzas perfected in wood-burning ovens at Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria, located in Epcot’s World Showcase. When you step inside this dining location, you’ll feel as if you’ve stepped right into an Italian Bistro.

Via Napoli offers lunch (11:30 AM to 4:00 PM) and dinner (4:05 PM to 9:00 PM) daily. Hours may vary as park hours continue to change.

Guests can enjoy traditional Neapolitan pizza delivered right to their table, straight from the wood-burning ovens named after the three active volcanoes in Italy - Mount Etna, Mount Vesuvius, and Stromboli. The thin crust pizzas are made with fresh mozzarella cheese, San Marzano tomatoes, and real Caputo flour imported from Southern Italy. Water for the dough is even sourced from a spring similar to Italy’s Campania region. Pizzas can be ordered with a variety of toppings.

Guests can start off their meal with an appetizer or a Caesar or house salad. The menu includes a few pasta options for those that prefer something other than pizza. And don’t forget to leave room for your favorite Italian dessert. Via Napoli offers a kids’ menu for younger Mouseketeers. The restaurant offers a full bar, featuring fine Italian wines.

When dining plans are offered, Via Napoli has required one table service dining credit per person. Guests should budget $40 per adult, and a little more if an adult beverage is ordered. Dining reservations are highly recommended.

Via Napoli is located inside Epcot and not only is park admission required, but as of this writing, guests will also need to have a park pass reservation. Guests can use Disney transportation from their resort, Disney Springs, and other parks to get to Epcot. If you are lucky enough to be staying at Yacht Club, Beach Club, or Boardwalk Inn, you are just a short walk from the International Gateway entrance to Epcot (located between the UK and France).

Gaston's Tavern Giant Cinnamon Rolls

Cinnamon rolls are a must for me at Christmas and this is one of my favorite recipes for look-alike Gaston’s Tavern Giant Cinnamon Rolls! I found it on Inside the Magic , so all recipe credit belongs to them, but I have copied it below with some of my commentary and photos of my step by step process. Homemade cinnamon rolls are always going to be a bit time consuming, but these only have to proof for 40 minutes total so it’s really not bad at all! First things first, here are the materials you’re going to need: Mixer (one with a dough hook will make your life much much easier) and bowl Rubber scrapers Rolling pin 2-3 saucepans Microwave safe bowls An area big enough to roll them out 2 metal sheet pans with edges Measuring cups Measuring spoons Medium sized bowl for filling Liquid measuring cup The nice thing about the recipe is it uses pretty basic ingredients that you likely already have at your house. I went to Aldi and bought nearly everything just to see and it was about $20. A...
