One Foot at a Time - Taking Care of Your Feet at Disney

On an average day at home or at work I walk about 5 miles according to the pedometer on my phone. At Disney, that number jumps to over 12 miles per day! With some planning and preparation, your feet can be ready. Footwear I prefer to wear sneakers for my park days, but that may not be the best option for all. In each park we had to: 1) take a picture with the park icon, 2) meet a character that is NOT one of the fab five, 3) ride a major attraction, and 4) eat a food specific to that park. I could go on and on about our experience, but for now, I’ll leave you with four take-aways from our trip that wil
