Paradiso 37

Updated 6/16/22
For the most up-to-date information about the phased reopening of the Walt Disney World Resort, please visit the  Walt Disney World Know Before You Go Guide.

Paradiso 37 is located in the Landing section of Disney Springs, right next to The Edison. It is open daily from 11:30 am to 10:30 pm. Dining plans are temporarily unavailable, however during non-COVID times the Disney Dining Plan is accepted (one table service credit required).

This lively establishment, overlooking Village Lake, features two levels with stunning views. Brightly colored booths and accents lend a Latin flair inside, while ample seating on the spacious patio and a dedicated outdoor bar make it perfect for dining al fresco.

This restaurant and bar serves up unique cuisine inspired by the Street Foods of the Americas. Menu items from North, South, and Central America are featured for lunch and dinner. This gives guests a wide variety of dining options from a cheeseburger to a Peruvian roasted chicken, allowing you to make your experience as exotic as you want. The servers are very helpful when it comes to describing any part of a dish you may be unfamiliar with.

Paradiso 37 also features an international wine bar and a one of a kind tequila tower bar with more than 50 kinds of tequila and a selection of signature frozen margaritas. With live music daily starting at 5 pm until close, Paradiso 37 is a go to hotspot for those looking to party on their vacation!

Located at Disney Springs, no park admission or Park Pass Reservation is required to dine at Paradiso 37. If you are traveling to Disney Springs from a theme park or your resort, you can hop on a Disney bus. If you are planning to return to a theme park after your visit to Disney Springs, please remember that buses do not travel directly to parks from Disney Springs until after 4pm - you’ll have to go to a resort and then transfer. There is ample free parking for guests who have a car.

I have visited Paradiso 37 with my family as well as a guys night out and both experiences were very enjoyable. The restaurant is laid back during the day and high energy at night. The menu has something for everybody. Personally, I loved the Columbian Burger and the P37 nachos! The pricing is what I would consider average when it comes to Disney. Appetizers range from $13-16 while the entrees go from $16 all the way up to $40. Overall, I would recommend a visit to Paradiso 37 on your next Disney vacation.

Gaston's Tavern Giant Cinnamon Rolls

Cinnamon rolls are a must for me at Christmas and this is one of my favorite recipes for look-alike Gaston’s Tavern Giant Cinnamon Rolls! I found it on Inside the Magic , so all recipe credit belongs to them, but I have copied it below with some of my commentary and photos of my step by step process. Homemade cinnamon rolls are always going to be a bit time consuming, but these only have to proof for 40 minutes total so it’s really not bad at all! First things first, here are the materials you’re going to need: Mixer (one with a dough hook will make your life much much easier) and bowl Rubber scrapers Rolling pin 2-3 saucepans Microwave safe bowls An area big enough to roll them out 2 metal sheet pans with edges Measuring cups Measuring spoons Medium sized bowl for filling Liquid measuring cup The nice thing about the recipe is it uses pretty basic ingredients that you likely already have at your house. I went to Aldi and bought nearly everything just to see and it was about $20. A...
