Enzo's Hideaway

Updated 6/16/22
For the most up-to-date information about the phased reopening of the Walt Disney World Resort, please visit the  Walt Disney World Know Before You Go Guide.

If you need a few moments to step away from the hustle and bustle of the Disney fun, look no further than Enzo’s Hideaway. Tucked underneath Disney Springs, Enzo’s transports you to a 1920s speakeasy. It boasts of tantalizing, barrel-aged cocktails and the largest collection of rums and scotches of any restaurant at Disney Springs.

But adult beverages are not the only thing Enzo’s has to offer; the menu is top notch. Diners can choose from imported meats and cheeses, Italian-inspired entrees, and let’s not forget the dessert. For the kids (or kids at heart), spaghetti and meatballs, cheese pizza, or penne and butter will satisfy even the biggest of appetites.

Getting to Enzo’s is easy; simply hop on Disney Transportation to Disney Springs! If you have a vehicle while in the Orlando area, you can park for free at one of the Disney Springs parking garages.

When the dining plan is available, you can dine at Enzo’s using just one dining credit. Enzo’s is open for lunch from 11:30 AM-3:25 PM and dinner from 3:30 - 10:00 PM, so if your taste buds are watering, make sure to grab a reservation.

If you ask people about Enzo’s, many may not know of this clandestine escape. But don’t let that turn you away. My dinner at Enzo’s was lovely. Next time the opportunity presents, I will gladly sneak underground again.

Gaston's Tavern Giant Cinnamon Rolls

Cinnamon rolls are a must for me at Christmas and this is one of my favorite recipes for look-alike Gaston’s Tavern Giant Cinnamon Rolls! I found it on Inside the Magic , so all recipe credit belongs to them, but I have copied it below with some of my commentary and photos of my step by step process. Homemade cinnamon rolls are always going to be a bit time consuming, but these only have to proof for 40 minutes total so it’s really not bad at all! First things first, here are the materials you’re going to need: Mixer (one with a dough hook will make your life much much easier) and bowl Rubber scrapers Rolling pin 2-3 saucepans Microwave safe bowls An area big enough to roll them out 2 metal sheet pans with edges Measuring cups Measuring spoons Medium sized bowl for filling Liquid measuring cup The nice thing about the recipe is it uses pretty basic ingredients that you likely already have at your house. I went to Aldi and bought nearly everything just to see and it was about $20. A...
