Updated 6/16/22
For the most up-to-date information about the phased reopening of the Walt Disney World Resort, please visit the  Walt Disney World Know Before You Go Guide.

Located at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort, Ale and Compass is a comfortable place to relax and re-fuel before or after a day of adventure in the parks! At this casual dining, coastal-inspired restaurant you can enjoy New England comfort food and classic seafood dishes.

As Ale and Compass is located at a Disney resort, no park ticket or park reservation is needed to enjoy this dining location. However, advance reservations are strongly recommended. At the time of this writing, you may make reservations up to 60 days in advance.

Breakfast is typically served 7:30- 11:00 AM, lunch is served 11:45 AM-2:00 PM, and dinner is served 5-10 PM. On special occasions such as Easter and Mother’s Day, a brunch is also served.

Breakfast and dinner are moderately priced at $15-$34.99 per adult. A special occasion brunch is $35-$59.99 per adult.

One table service dining credit would be required, when using a Disney Dining Plan. As a reminder, Disney Dining plans are not available at the time of this writing.

For breakfast, choose to start your day with hearty dishes—including an omelet, dark chocolate waffle, salted caramel-apple French toast, or a protein bowl. Or, enjoy lighter fare, like a fruit smoothie.

Dinner choices include a variety of entrees to tempt nearly every taste! Indulge in fresh seafood, sustainable catch of the day, or New England seafood pot pie. Heartier selections include chicken, steak, pasta and more.

Be sure to leave room at the end of your meal and satisfy your sweet tooth with decadent desserts, like mango torte, spiced lemon pound cake, apple cobbler, and 12-layer chocolate cake.

For guests 21 and over, enjoy a glass of wine or a refreshing specialty cocktail. As the name suggests, Ale & Compass also offers an array of beer options as well.

The Ale and Compass Lounge is also a great location for a late afternoon or evening cocktail and small bite to eat. This nautical inspired nook offers unique drinks and savory snacks. Choose from a variety of beers, wines and high-end liquors—as well as cocktails like the Spicy Pomegranate Margarita and the Captain’s Mai Tai.

The Ale and Compass Lounge is open from 4pm to 11pm most nights, with drinks and snacks available for less than $15.

Ale and Compass Restaurant and Lounge are an easy walk or boat ride from the International Gateway entrance to Epcot and would be a fabulous way to end a full day in the parks before settling in for the night! Not far from Disney’s Boardwalk, there are many options for strolling and relaxing after your visit to Ale and Compass.

I found it on Inside the Magic , so all recipe credit belongs to them, but I have copied it below with some of my commentary and photos of my step by step process. Homemade cinnamon rolls are always going to be a bit time consuming, but these only have to proof for 40 minutes total so it’s really not bad at all! First things first, here are the materials you’re going to need: Mixer (one with a dough hook will make your life much much easier) and bowl Rubber scrapers Rolling pin 2-3 saucepans Microwave safe bowls An area big enough to roll them out 2 metal sheet pans with edges Measuring cups Measuring spoons Medium sized bowl for filling Liquid measuring cup The nice thing about the recipe is it uses pretty basic ingredients that you likely already have at your house. I went to Aldi and bought nearly everything just to see and it was about $20. A...
