Updated 6/16/22
For the most up-to-date information about the phased reopening of the Walt Disney World Resort, please visit the  Walt Disney World Know Before You Go Guide.

Narcoossee's is currently unavailable due to a refurbishment. It is expected to return in 2023.

Narcoossee’s is situated right on the Seven Seas Lagoon, across from the Magic Kingdom in Disney’s Grand Floridian. Reservations are highly recommended for this popular dining location, which is known for its “coastal cuisine”. Narcoossee’s is only available for dinner. It is a Signature Dining restaurant, so you can expect to spend $35-60 per adult and if you are on the Disney Dining Plan, it will use two credits per guest.

While this restaurant is popular for its seafood there are options outside that category. The menu includes many choices, some of which are below:

Appetizers, Soups, & Salads: Shrimp and Grits, Artisanal Cheeses, and Crab Cakes.

Entrees: Salmon, Lobster, Sirloin Steak, Filet Mignon, Pork Chops

Enhancements (excluded from Dining Plans): Asparagus, Signature Mashed Potatoes, Brussels Sprouts

Desserts: Almond-Crusted Cheesecake, Strawberry Trifle, and Carrot Cake

The children’s menu offers a variety of options and is sure to satisfy picky eaters. It includes choices such as Chicken Breast, Fish, Chicken Strips, fruit, and rice.

In addition to the food, Narcoossee’s offers wine by the bottle or glass, dessert wines, and specialty coffee drinks and teas.

Guests are asked to adhere to a dress code at this dining location. The minimum dress code includes: collared shirts, khakis, slacks, or dress shorts, capris, skirts, dresses, or dress shorts. You may also choose to wear jeans that are not torn and in good condition. The following are not permitted at Narcoosee’s: tank tops, flip flops, swimsuits/swimsuit cover-ups, hats, cut-off/torn clothing, and shirts with offensive language and/or graphics.

Try to secure a reservation so that you’ll be seated before the start of the Magic Kingdom fireworks and Electrical Water Pageant and you may be lucky enough to enjoy a unique view of the shows from the restaurant!

Gaston's Tavern Giant Cinnamon Rolls

I found it on Inside the Magic , so all recipe credit belongs to them, but I have copied it below with some of my commentary and photos of my step by step process. Homemade cinnamon rolls are always going to be a bit time consuming, but these only have to proof for 40 minutes total so it’s really not bad at all! First things first, here are the materials you’re going to need: Mixer (one with a dough hook will make your life much much easier) and bowl Rubber scrapers Rolling pin 2-3 saucepans Microwave safe bowls An area big enough to roll them out 2 metal sheet pans with edges Measuring cups Measuring spoons Medium sized bowl for filling Liquid measuring cup The nice thing about the recipe is it uses pretty basic ingredients that you likely already have at your house. I went to Aldi and bought nearly everything just to see and it was about $20. A...
