If you are looking for a chic, ultra-modern dining experience at Disney Springs, head over to STK Orlando. The signature dining location features an innovative menu, in-house DJ, and a stunning outdoor patio. The menu includes steaks, seafood, creative sides, plus options for your kiddos.

STK Orlando serves lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. This 14,000-square-foot hotspot is managed by The ONE Group and also boasts a luxe private dining room, which can be rented for functions and special events.

Kick off your experience with delectable appetizers and salads, such as the Blue Iceberg salad. There’s plenty for seafood lovers to enjoy, including Funa Tartare, Crispy Calamari and zesty selections from the raw bar—or even a seafood platter to share with the table.

Diverse entrées range from Braised Short Ribs to Lobster Linguini, but, of course, the main stars of the menu are the juicy steaks. Choose from an array of cuts in small, medium or large. Non-purists can pile on even more flavor with sauces or toppings like horseradish, chimichurri, truffle butter, or king crab. Savory side options include Creamy Yukon Potatoes, Sweet Corn Pudding, and Parmesan Truffle Fries.

The brunch menu, offered on Saturday and Sunday, is not to be missed. Cinnamon French Toast (with cream cheese icing) and Smoked Pork Belly Benedict are reason enough to snag a reservation at STK for brunch.

STK Orlando is located in The Landing area at Disney Springs. If you are staying at a Disney Resort Hotel or are heading to The Springs from a park, you can use Disney’s complimentary transportation. If you choose to use rideshare, please be aware that the drop off and pick up areas are located at either end of Disney Springs and it will be a walk to get to the restaurant. If you are driving to Disney Springs, there is complimentary parking in one of the garages.

Guests can plan to spend $35 to $60 per adult when dining at this signature dining location. Reservations are highly recommended and can be made online or by calling the restaurant directly. Same day reservations are not accepted.

I went to Aldi and bought nearly everything just to see and it was about $20. A...
