For the most up-to-date information about the phased reopening of the Walt Disney World Resort, please visit the  Walt Disney World Know Before You Go Guide.

Where at the Walt Disney World Resort can you enjoy American cuisine infused with Mediterranean flavors, plus an award-winning, international wine list? Look no further than Citricos, located at the Grand Floridian Resort. This lovely dining experience will make you feel like you are miles away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks.

The menu at Citricos is not large, but is perfectly executed to provide a top-notch dining experience. The menu offers starters, soup and salad, entrees, and desserts, as well as some really nice options for children. Yes – you read that right – children are welcome to dine at Citricos.

The award-winning wine list includes a host of epic wines, sold by the ounce using the latest technology in order to guarantee both freshness of product and a first-class experience. Many wines are available by the glass, and sommeliers are on hand to suggest wine pairings. In addition to the extensive wine list, Citricos offers a full bar.

If you are not able to secure a dining reservation but still want to experience Citricos, the restaurant features a lounge that is available on a first come, first served basis. The lounge offers the full beverage menu you would find in the restaurant, as well as a small menu of seasonal tapas.

Guests who visit Citricos, whether in the main dining room or the lounge, are asked to adhere to the minimum dress code requirements at this Signature Dining location. Guests must wear khakis, slacks, or dress shorts and collared shirts, Capri pants, skirts, dresses or dress shorts. Jeans may be worn if in good condition and sport coats are optional. Tank tops, flip-flops, swimsuits, swimsuit cover ups, hats, cut-offs, torn clothing and t-shirts with offensive language and/or graphics are not permitted.

Advance reservations are highly recommended and at the current time, can be made 60 days prior to dining. Guests should plan to budget accordingly for a visit to Citricos. Entrees start at $36 at this Signature Dining location.

Citricos is located at the Grand Floridian Resort. Since park clothes are not allowed, guests will most likely be making their way to the restaurant from their resort. If you prefer to use Disney transportation, you will need to travel to any of the theme parks or Disney Springs and then transfer to a bus that will take you to the Grand Floridian. Many guests choose to use a taxi or a rideshare service to save time.

If you are looking for a quiet dining location, perhaps to celebrate a special milestone, Citricos is an excellent choice.

I went to Aldi and bought nearly everything just to see and it was about $20. A...
