You and your family can join Safari Donald Duck and his friends at this colorful Harambe marketplace for a WILD, all-you-care-to-eat buffet. From breakfast and lunch to the family-style dinner buffet, you will find a wide array of offerings, all brimming with African flavor.

Tusker House is located in Africa, inside Disney’s Animal Kingdom, so you will need a valid park ticket to dine here. This dining location is one table service credit on the Disney Dining Plan (when available) and is a character dining location. All characters are dressed in their best safari outfits, which adds to the fun! Guests have the opportunity to interact with their favorite Disney characters, who make their way through the marketplace, stopping for autographs and photos with each table. Our kids loved this unique dining location when they were young! They enjoyed parading around the restaurant with the characters while playing hand held instruments! Advance dining reservations are encouraged at Tusker House and can be made at 60 days out.

Breakfast offerings include assorted pastries, eggs, bacon, sausage, and fresh fruit, as well as Mickey and Simba waffles. Coffee, milk, juices and the popular jungle juice are included. (If you have picky eaters in your family, breakfast may be your first choice of dining at Tusker House.)

Breakfast Hours: 8:00 - 10:30 AM
$45.00 + tax per adult, $29.00 + tax per child (3-9 yrs)

Lunch and dinner offerings include fresh breads served with hummus, coriander and mango chutneys, salad, roasted chicken, and pork. An array of treats are a sweet way to end your meal. Non-alcoholic drink selections are included. For an extra charge, adults can enjoy an African Bloody Mary, African Mimosa or Ngumu Jungle Juice.

Homemade cinnamon rolls are always going to be a bit time consuming, but these only have to proof for 40 minutes total so it’s really not bad at all! First things first, here are the materials you’re going to need: Mixer (one with a dough hook will make your life much much easier) and bowl Rubber scrapers Rolling pin 2-3 saucepans Microwave safe bowls An area big enough to roll them out 2 metal sheet pans with edges Measuring cups Measuring spoons Medium sized bowl for filling Liquid measuring cup The nice thing about the recipe is it uses pretty basic ingredients that you likely already have at your house. I went to Aldi and bought nearly everything just to see and it was about $20. A...
