Character Dining at Chef Mickey's



Enjoy a lively, all-you-care-to-eat buffet with Disney Friends in a bright, happy atmosphere! Chef Mickey’s is located inside Disney’s Contemporary Resort, near the Magic Kingdom and is a popular table service dining location for guests. As the monorail whizzes by through the hotel, Disney Characters mingle with guests for photos and autographs and periodically lead diners in an upbeat song and dance, complete with napkin twirling!

Guests at Chef Mickey’s may meet such Disney Characters as Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Pluto, Donald Duck, and Goofy.

Chef Mickey’s Fun Time Buffet offers American, family-friendly fare for breakfast, brunch or dinner! For those guests on a dining plan, Chef Mickey’s is one table service credit.

Breakfast Hours are 7:00 am - 11:15 am and cost $50.00 plus tax per adult, $33.00 plus tax per child. Breakfast features ham, potatoes, hickory-smoked bacon, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, an array of fruit, as well as a Disney favorite - Mickey shaped waffles! Guests are able to fancy up their waffles with toppings including syrup, chocolate sauce, caramel, sprinkles, chocolate chips and whipped cream! Sweet offerings of donut holes, muffins, and assorted danishes are also served.

Brunch Hours are 11:30 am - 2:30 pm and cost $60.00 plus tax per adult, $39.00 plus tax per child. Brunch offerings include salads, shrimp cocktail, charcuterie board, and fruit. Guests will also delight in a carving station, buttered chicken, salmon, soups, pasta, assorted breads, and vegetables. Kids are sure to enjoy traditional favorites of macaroni and cheese and chicken nuggets. An ice cream sundae bar, macaroons, and cheesecake tarts will round out your delicious meal!

Dinner Hours are 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm and cost $60.00 plus tax per adult, $39.00 plus tax per child. Later each evening, dinner showcases favorite offerings served for brunch, as well as a seafood paella, glazed salmon, additional carving station selections, and kids’ favorites such as macaroni and cheese and chicken nuggets. Plus, Guests of all ages will delight in the sundae bar, where you can customize your own decadent dessert.

For those guests spending their day in Magic Kingdom, who would like to escape from the theme park for a short time, Chef Mickey’s is a great option for table service dining where you can relax those legs, get a good hearty meal, and recharge for the remainder of the day. There is a walking path from the Magic Kingdom to Disney’s Contemporary Resort. From the park entrance, it will take you between 5-10 minutes to walk to Chef Mickey’s. Or, hop on the monorail and ride into Disney’s Contemporary Resort, which is the first stop on the monorail loop surrounding Bay Lake.
