Best Places to Take Photos in Disney World

An essential part of any Disney vacation is taking plenty of pictures to document your trip! Below are some of the best places to take pictures in each park…

Magic Kingdom

Cinderella Castle
The Main Street Railroad
Main Street USA
The Partners Statue (Walt & Mickey – in front of the castle)
Tangled Restroom area
Fountain outside of Gaston’s Tavern
The Haunted Mansion’s horseless carriage
Sword in the Stone (near Prince Charming’s Regal Carrousel)
The Purple Wall (Tomorrowland)
The Candy Stripe Wall (Main Street Confectionary)

Epcot

Spaceship Earth
The icons representing the countries in the World Showcase
Journey Into the Imagination Building
Bubblegum Wall (Spaceship Earth exit)
Nemo & Friends (The Seas With Nemo & Friends)
The Toothpaste Wall (The Seas with Nemo & Friends)
The Land Wall (mosaic wall at the entrance to The Land)

Hollywood Studios

The Hollywood Studios arch
Sunset Boulevard with Tower of Terror in the background
The Rock N’ Roller Coaster guitar
Popsicle Stick Wall (exit of Toy Story Mania)
Millennium Falcon
Toy Story Land sign
The Pixar Ball
Slinky Dog Dash

Animal Kingdom

Tree of Life background (there are several opportunities for this throughout the park)
Pandora’s floating mountains
Expedition Everest
The Moss Wall (Across from Satu’li Canteen in Pandora)
Harambe Market walls in Africa
The Festival of the Lion King

Also, consider thinking beyond pictures that provide a view of the front of the structure you’re standing in front of. There are lots of places with side and back views of the castle, for example, that look great in photos! Other ideas: include food/beverages, celebration buttons, and merchandise (tees, toys, and MagicBands) in your pictures to enhance the theming and make them more unique.
