Benefits of Using a Travel Agent

In today’s tech savvy world you will find travel deals around every corner. You can research every location imaginable online and likely find what appear to be “good deals.” However , I honestly believe there are many benefits to the client, when using a travel agent. So I've collected just a few of the many reasons why using a travel agent to book your next vacation might be beneficial to you.

Let’s face it, we are all too busy! We fill our schedules to the brim, and finding time to plan a detailed vacation to meet everyone in the travel party’s expectation can be overwhelming! Clients need someone they can trust, to save them time and money. Working in the travel industry on a daily basis, travel agents are exposed to many training opportunities and on-site training experiences to help them gain knowledge and familiarity with various products. Many times the same knowledge the client will gain after hours of research, a travel agent will be able to explain or share in a matter of minutes. We have a wealth of knowledge and love sharing what we know with our clients!

Travel agents also take a personal interest in each and every trip they book for a client. Our business thrives on repeat customers and referrals. If we fail to meet a client’s expectations, we risk the future growth of our business. Agents working for On The Road Travel, LLC take pride in providing outstanding customer service to ensure our clients have the best vacation experience possible. Should a problem arise throughout the travel process, we are available to help resolve the issue. There is no need for you to sit on hold, calling airlines, hotels, and transfer companies to alter travel plans. Your travel agent can handle all of this for you, so you can get on with enjoying your vacation as quickly as possible.

Most importantly, part of our job is to save you money! As travel agents, we are informed about the most current promotions available to our clients, and will actually wake up before the sun to convert our clients reservations to get them the best deal possible! I can guarantee, if you book your vacation directly with a travel company, they WILL NOT call and tell you they altered your reservation to save you money! Oh! Did I mention we do all of this for FREE? This is true! You pay nothing extra for our services when you book your vacation package through On The Road Travel, LLC.

I hope this has opened your eyes to some of the many benefits of booking your next vacation with On The Road Travel, LLC. Our agents love what we do, love being introduced to new clients and most importantly, want our clients to have the best vacation experience possible!

Gaston's Tavern Giant Cinnamon Rolls

Cinnamon rolls are a must for me at Christmas and this is one of my favorite recipes for look-alike Gaston’s Tavern Giant Cinnamon Rolls! I found it on Inside the Magic , so all recipe credit belongs to them, but I have copied it below with some of my commentary and photos of my step by step process. Homemade cinnamon rolls are always going to be a bit time consuming, but these only have to proof for 40 minutes total so it’s really not bad at all! First things first, here are the materials you’re going to need: Mixer (one with a dough hook will make your life much much easier) and bowl Rubber scrapers Rolling pin 2-3 saucepans Microwave safe bowls An area big enough to roll them out 2 metal sheet pans with edges Measuring cups Measuring spoons Medium sized bowl for filling Liquid measuring cup The nice thing about the recipe is it uses pretty basic ingredients that you likely already have at your house. I went to Aldi and bought nearly everything just to see and it was about $20. A...
