A restored boat workshop welcomes guests each evening to a Southern Louisiana cooking experience on the bayou. This nautical-themed eatery has antique shipbuilding tools hanging throughout the restaurant and a suspended skeleton of a 46 foot lugger boat as the centerpiece of the restaurant. Located at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort - Riverside, this restaurant overlooking the Sassagoula River, specializes in southern style cuisine with a comfortable atmosphere for all Walt Disney World guests. Boatwright’s Jambalaya, Deep South Shrimp and Grits, and the All-You-Care-To-Enjoy Chef’s Platter (with Nashville hot chicken) make for a dinner full of flavor. There are plenty of cocktails to go along with your meal (available at an additional cost). If you have room for dessert, I highly recommend trying the Missis...

City Works Eatery and Pour House

Updated 6/16/22 For the most up-to-date information about the phased reopening of the Walt Disney World Resort, please visit the   Walt Disney World Know Before You Go Guide. Located on the West Side of Disney Springs is City Works Eatery - a go to place for the beer lovers in your life. Here you’ll find classic American cuisine and a massive selection of beers including more than 90 local and global varieties. Since it is located at Disney Springs, you do not need park admission or a park reservation to dine here, though we always recommend making a reservation ahead of time if you’re able. You can take Disney transportation to get here, or if you’re driving, park for free in one of the parking garages or lots. (Strawberry, Watermelon, and Orange are closest to the West Side.). While this is a bit more adult-focused with a huge variety of adult beverages, it’s also a great place to find a high quality, American meal for those pickier eaters in your life. Plus, there are plen...

Beaches & Cream

Updated 6/16/22 For the most up-to-date information about the phased reopening of the Walt Disney World Resort, please visit the   Walt Disney World Know Before You Go Guide. For those unfamiliar with this super fun restaurant find, Beaches and Cream is located near the pool at Disney’s Beach Club Resort within the Boardwalk district of Disney World in Florida. While it is a non character, casual dining option, it is a must to check out the experience for yourself!  The restaurant has been recently refurbished. Some will say, when you order the “Kitchen Sink” you get a miniature show when it is delivered to the table!  My family and I will never forget our first experience at Beaches and Cream when we stayed at the Beach Club Resort. We ordered the ultimate menu item - The Kitchen Sink sundae - with 8 scoops of various flavors of ice cream smothered in every topping imaginable! YEP, it is a thing and it was pretty memorable!  Now that you KNOW you want to go, de...
